Basic Features:

1. Work on Multiple Computers: Swift Retail Plus is designed to run on multiple computers. You can view, update and enter records on any of your computer connected to your local area network by installing SwiftRetailPlus or higher version.
2. Manage Both Retail & whole Sale: You can define different price list for retailer and dealer and can prepare bill for both.
3. Defining Your Own Rules: You can define how many copy of bill should be printed. You may not allow credit system to your customer. You can define that whether your staff will be authorized to offer discount at billing time or not and whether he can accept cheque by the buyers etc.
4. Data Security and User-Level: Every user has a unique login id and different users have different privilege and access permissions. The ‘admin’ mode has administrative privilege and can grant permissions and privileges to all other users. Hence It can not allow unauthorized user to manipulate the date.
5. Buyers/Suppliers Ledger Account: You can print buyers and suppliers complete ledger and can find their dues (if any). In the case of buyer, the ledger will show buyer’s purchasing value and amount paid value with its corresponding date. Similarly, suppliers ledger shows their sale value and the amount he received from you.
6. Creditors/Debtors List: You can print your creditors and debtors list with their balance amount.
7. Print Stock Statement For Bank: in the case of bank finance, you can print the bank statement for stock to submit stock statement in the bank in its specified format.
8. Bar Code Printing: You can print the bar code of your product by either using bar code printer or laser/inkjet printer.
9. Use Bar Code Scanner: You can scan the product using bar code scanner which ensures fast processing and error free billing.
10. Order generating (to supplier): You can generate product order list for your supplier and on receiving the goods against that order, the software will automatically check and compare the quantity of each product and intimate you if differs.
