1. Work on Multiple Computers: Swift Retail Plus is designed to run on multiple computers. You can view, update and enter records on any of your computer connected to your local area network by installing SwiftRetailPlus or higher version.
2. Manage Both Retail & whole Sale: You can define different price list for retailer and dealer and can prepare bill for both.
3. Defining Your Own Rules: You can define how many copy of bill should be printed. You may not allow credit system to your customer. You can define that whether your staff will be authorized to offer discount at billing time or not and whether he can accept cheque by the buyers etc.
4. Data Security and User-Level: Every user has a unique login id and different users have different privilege and access permissions. The ‘admin’ mode has administrative privilege and can grant permissions and privileges to all other users. Hence It can not allow unauthorized user to manipulate the date.
5. Buyers/Suppliers Ledger Account: You can print buyers and suppliers complete ledger and can find their dues (if any). In the case of buyer, the ledger will show buyer’s purchasing value and amount paid value with its corresponding date.
