1. The software enables you to print double sided printing in A4/A3 Sheet. (please note that, when you print double sided card with some variable in both side, then the position of the corresponding front and back side must be interchanged with the next id-card)

2. It supports magnetic stripe and barcode also.

3. You can merge photograph, signature and logo as well as background design into database so that it can be used later.

4. You can retrieve images/pictures like photograph and logo from database and save to your hard disk.

5. To get you started quickly, Swift ID System allows you to select from a list of predefined format for id-card and membership card and you can also select background from pre-defined design for each format.

6. You can also add and modify your new background design into database for use at later.

7. You can also copy the design and format and then modify it to describe your own design for any card.

8. You can print a copy of records based on any criteria like department, class, district, order-no etc. for proof-reading with photograph (optional).

9. The software maintains the record of printed and unprinted record so that you could print only unprinted card next time.

10. You can apply any selection criteria to print the card.

11. You can print class-wise records with photograph for proof-reading purpose.

12. Swift ID System reduces image size (photograph, signature and logo etc.) to save your hard disk space.

13. Easy way to match Photograph with its corresponding records reduces the chance to mis-match the photograph and hence it avoids wastage of the card to a great extent which occurs generally due to non-combination of photo and its record.

Special Features:

1. You can export records for archive purpose and to transfer the records to someone and the record selection can be done on any criteria subject to your entry. Similarly, you can import records from the Exported-Archives to merge records from external to your database.

2. You can import records from Ms-Access and Ms Excel.

3. Data can be entered in multiple computers connected to your LAN.

4. You can print estimate/challan of your order and can send it to your customers.

5. Hindi font has been added and you can print in hindi also.

6. You can covert case of the data like first letter capital, or whole word capital or small of any job number by selecting its field.

7. You can also replace the old value with new value in any of the fields.

8. You can generate membership card automatically by just putting starting and ending card number and selecting the design of the card. Hence no data entry is required to print the membership card or the card which have same contents except its serial number.
