is
designed for high infrastructure institution with
the state of art technology.
Basic Features:

Fee
submission - Automatic
calculation of fee amount based on monthly class wise
fee structure or exempted fee structure (for a
particular student). Just enter the admission number of
the student and computer will generate total dues in
each head like tuition fee, bus fee and other applicable
fee like admission fee, annual charges etc. You can
select receipt printing option either on A4 size paper
or receipt size paper. If you select A4 size paper, then
you will print 4 receipts simultaneously. Two copies can
be printed for each receipt depending on your choice
(one for parent and one for school).

Defining
your own rules: You can define
your own rules like students fees quarterly, monthly or
yearly. You can also set specific day of the month for
student fee and after that you can impose fine
automatically. You can define bottom notes of result
sheet and fee receipt and can change whenever you like.

Customised Search:
There is no field-constrain in retrieving the records of
your choice. You can filter the records, search the
records based on single or multiple criteria and arrange
them on any order of any key field.

Demand Note and Address Printing:
You can print various report like demand note for fee
notification, student report with hostel, transport
facility, students address printing on envelop based on
single or multiple criteria.
- Fees
Defaulter List Printing: You
can print the list of students whose tuition fees or any
other applicable fee are not paid with their total dues.

Students Fees Ledger: You can
view and print the fee-ledger of the student of all paid
fees and applicable fees of any student. You can also
select specific date interval to find the ledger.

Admission Cancellation/Re-admission:
You can cancel the student’s admission
and do re-admission. You can impose re-admission charge
as per applicable

Result Preparation: You can
prepare the students result, their grades, their
position in class and percentage based on their marks.
You can define your own rules for grade/division system.
You can print result-card also of each terminal exam and
final exam with their attendance records in their
respective examination.

Toppers List: A single
mouse-click will generate the list of topper students
class-wise and subject wise depending on the entry of
the marks of the examination.

Efficient & Error Free Data:
Data validation and integrity has been maintained
throughout the software. The user, by mistake can not
commit unexpected entry. They can not issue TC whose
fees are still dues; they can not forward student’s
class if student fails etc. Result Cards, Fees ledger
is automatically calculated based on entry and can not
be manipulated directly by manual entry. The range for a
specific data has been fixed up.
- Data
Security and User-Level: The
software is based on three tire architectures and the
data is empowered by user-audit function. Different
users have different privilege and access permissions.
The ‘admin’ mode has administrative privilege and can
grant permissions and privileges to all other users.
Hence It can not allow unauthorized user to manipulate
the date. It also maintains all users login and logout
time.

Printing the information as you desired:
There is no fixed format constrain to print the report.
You can print the data in any order based on single key
or multiple key and filtering the records based on
selection criteria as you want. Every print shows you
print-preview before final printing and hence you can
select printer name and specific page number to print if
don’t wish to print all.

Management of Primary and Secondary Section:
If your school has different name or different logo for
primary, secondary or higher then you need to define
section (primary, secondary or higher) and its
corresponding class only once. Your school name will be
automatically printed at corresponding classes. For
example, if class III belongs to primary section and
Class VIII belongs to higher section then when you print
result/fee/marks/fees-ledger then of class III student,
your primary school name will appear and when printing
class VIII records, it will print the name of higher
section.
Special Features:
1.
Work on Multiple Computer:
Educa-Plus is designed to run on multiple computers. You
can view, update and enter records on any of your computer
connected to your local area network by installing educa-plus.
2.
Transportation Details:
You can maintain
transportations record of each student, their pickup
place, drop time etc. By defining bus number and their
routes and capacity, you can find the bus number, its
timing and present capacity for any specific route while
getting admission.
3.
Students Photograph
Processing:
You can archives students photo and print on the admit
card/result report etc.
4.
Printing Student Id-Card:
You can prepare Students Identity Card with photograph
scanned/copied on it. You can also make plastic id-card
(PVC Card). You can select one design out of 2 to print
the id-card. We will integrate your school logo and
authority/principal signature with software so that logo
and signature will be automatically printed on id-card.
5.
Hostel Management:
You can define your hostel rules, its fee structure, can print hostel
fee receipt etc.
6.
Sending information across
your LAN:
You can send the data,
chat, send the file on your local LAN and each message
will carry sender’s name and computer address. The data
can be transferred from one system to another on
acceptance by the receiver.

Maintaining Your Account:
It also maintains all accounting work for the school from
book keeping to preparation of statement of accounts i.e.
balance sheet, profit and loss account and bank
reconciliation etc. All expenses and incomes details,
printing daily cash book etc.

Monitoring Students
Performance:
You can track Students performance for specific subject
and can monitor the progress graph.

Students Complete Profile
Printing:
Just enter student
admission number, and you will get complete profile of the
student including his Basic Information, Fees History,
Result of previous classes, Teachers Note (if any) etc.

Issue Transfer Certificate:
You can print TC to student automatically.
Note: TC can be issued to only those students
whose fees are not due.
11.
Library Management: It manages library works which includes book-keeping management, their
position in the safe, borrowers and readers records. Using
this software, you can find the book of your choice
conveniently.

Students Attendance Record:
The software will maintain student’s daily attendance
record and can print with marks sheet. No manual entry of
attendance is required. We will supply attendance machine
free of cost to be attached with computer which will be
linked with this software and keep records of students
‘IN’ & ‘OUT’ time

Employees Salary: It also manages employee attendance, their salary, and income tax
calculation if applicable.
14.
Your School Website:
We will develop your school
website as per your requirement and choice. We will host
it on windows server with database free for one year.
After one year you will need to pay renewal charges for
your domain name and web-space as per applicable.
15.
SQL Server Database: You will be given a licensed copy of SQL Server free of cost with
EducaProPlus to manage your voluminous database centrally.

Sending Mobile SMS to
Students Parents:
You can send the SMS on
parents mobile regarding the notice, parents meeting,
student’s performance and result. This feature of school
software will allow School Management to send SMS
to parents automatically who has not submitted monthly
fee on time, a single click will do all. Exam
Results can be delivered on parents mobile as SMS.
You can also generate custom SMS based on some
criteria and you can add common statement to send the SMS
to the parents of your students. For example you can send
student marks report of Class V who fails or whose marks
below 45% with a general statement. The software will
generate those list based on your selection criteria and
then bind your common statement to each SMS. And final SMS
will contain individual student name and their
corresponding marks. Similarly you can invite guardian
meeting and can send fees demand note. The SMS tariff will
be applicable depending either on the mobile provider or
bulk SMS provider as per your choice.
17.
School Entry/Leaving Report on parents mobile:
A message of students
entry in school will be automatically delivered on
parents mobile as soon as the students shows the cards
before the Smart-Card-Device at entry gate of your school.
Similarly you can send students departure time to parents
mobile when student leaves school
