The software is based on Client/Server architecture. All the reports can be processed through the server and then executed on the client.

The software runs in two modes user and administrator; in administrator mode, you can define your own rules related to holiday, late arrival, early departure, over time, salary deduction in case of absence, shift details etc.

You can view/print a number of reports related to absent, late arrival, earlier departure, employee details based on various criteria.

It prepares salary sleep for your employee on the basis of predefined formulae and calculates yearly earned/medical leave calculation thereafter updates the balance of earned/medical leave available for the employee automatically.
